Beef Brisket Bombe
Garlic bombe filled with tender beef brisket and bolognese, topped with mascarpone, riserva cheese, and a drizzle of smoky garlic oil.
Aubergine Parmigiana Croquettes
Mozzarella and pecorino cheese with aubergine and red pepper, encased in crispy breadcrumbs. Served with a smoky tomato dip and topped with riserva cheese.

Crispy Prosciutto Carbonara
Five-cheese tagliatelle carbonara with smoked pancetta, vintage Cheddar, riserva cheese, pecorino, regato, and mascarpone, topped with crispy prosciutto, scamorza cheese crisp, and fresh herbs.
